Main Door: BT wood door frame and paneled shutter with melamine

polishing and hardware of reputed make.

Internal Doors: MT wood frame and both side veneered flush shutter with melamine polish and standard hardware.

Toilet Door: MT wood frame and one side veneer flush shutter with melamine polish and other side synthetic enamel paint and standard hardware.

Windows: UPVC sliding windows with mosquito net of reputed make.

PAINTING

External: Combination of texture and Wallcare putty over a coat of

primer and two coats of exterior emulsion paint of reputed make.

Internal: Two coats of Altek Luppam finish over a coat of primer and two coats of plastic emulsion paint of reputed make.

TILES DADOING

Toilets: Glazed ceramic tile dado up to 7’0” height of reputed make.

Kitchen: Glazed ceramic tile dado up to 2’0” height above kitchen platform of reputed make.

Utility / Wash: Glazed ceramic tile dado up to 3’0” height.

FLOORING

Living, Dining, Kitchen, Pooja, Family Hall & Bedrooms:

600 X 600 mm size of vitrified tiles flooring of reputed make.

Master Bedroom: Granite flooring / marble flooring.

Staircase: Laminated wooden flooring of reputed make.

Toilets & Utility: Good quality anti-skid ceramic tiles of reputed make.
